Well it is one year now since I commenced the blog and all is going well with a steady stream of followers. Many comments have been left by people, which are appreciated so thank you for that. Hopefully all you viewers will find the blog interesting "picture wise" and some may even read the text! I visited Stithians today for a couple of hours good to see Mike Anders there again. I needed some images for this post and despite the awful light I did manage some so here they are:
Water Rail: (Stithians Southern Cut off) Simon Taylor has done an excellent job of clearing an area below the feeders so the Water Rail is showing well. Hopefully his next project will be a sand bank for the Kingfishers to nest in! I placed this on site as a large image so best viewed when double clicked.
Reed Bunting (Stithians Southern cut off)
Green Finch (Stithians Southern cut off)
GS Woodpecker (Stithians Southern cut off) Enjoying an afternoon snack
Long Tailed Tit (Stithians, Stuart Hutchings Hide)
