Nikon D4 settings for Birds in Flight

As the weather is rubbish again today, I decided to check/change some of my custom settings for birds in flight.  Below is a list of my settings:

Autofocus
A1-release
A2-focus
A3- *Off  This controls how fast/slow the AF will react to another subject entering the frame, I control the AF stop/start using the back button focus technique, so I have turned this option off
A4-*Off AF on only, this setting disables the release button from focusing, as I use the back button focus technique with the AF-ON button*
A5- All settings ON, focus point brightness +1*

Notes: settings marked * have been changed from the default settings, settings marked - - are unchanged, any not marked either * or - - are named as in the menu or selected sub menu.

Storage Folder- Select folder by number
File Naming BSP (Bob Sharples Photography) the default is DSC but you can change it to any three letters you require. Ie my files will look like BSP 1467 etc

AF continuous (C) Single spot AF (S)
VR off above 1/500 second
Aperture Priority, CH shooting set, ISO 400-800 (most common) AWB
