Blog update complete and a few images from local spots

Another day out trying to test out the Nikon D4 with 500mm lens and 1.4x/2x converters. Mixed results but the light wasn't good and subject distance to camera was large in most images which does not help. Guess I will have to go to a local park or Zoo to do a proper evaluation on this kit but weather is forecast poor again for the next4/5 days!  I will point out with the D4 the AF is very, very good much improved over the D3s in my opinion. Auto iso seems to work well but does over expose leaving the histogram to the right, but that's how I prefer it anyhow. Currently I have the D4 set on auto ISO up to ISO 8000 with a minimum shutter speed of 1/1250 sec and if it cannot achieve these parameters it will slow the shutter speed accordingly.

I have also updated the blog and gave it a fresh template, so any mistakes/suggestions please comment: Right guess I better post some images from yesterday 30th October:
