Another quiet day in Artic Cornwall

With the North Easterly winds still persisiting it was still freezing here. Marazion was again frozen. I spent two-three hours at Marazion and had intentions of leaving to go to Drift resevoir or Hayle/Godrevy. Due to the conditions I took the easy option and went home to put the kettle on (well my next door neighbours kettle if I am honest) There are definately still at least three bitterns at Marazion, but they are not flying over the reed bed much more amongst it. On to todays pictures:

Moorhen crossing the frozen marsh.

Snipe: the snipe are easily photographed at present feeding close to the main viewing area.

Magpie

Crow with a tasty morsel under his right claw.
